Mimi had been on the streets for about four years and she had a heart issue and a leg issue, yet Michelson Found Animals Foundation didn't hesitate to rescue her, save her life and commit to providing her a no kill shelter environment until adopted for a forever home. Her chart noted she was not to be put in a meet and greet environment. Noted. However, with time and love, she transformed into a loving loyal sister for her other dog family members. If you are thinking about welcoming a dog into your life, your home as a new family member, the ONLY option is to ADOPT, thereby saving or helping a foundation save another dog's life by creating an open space for them. Michelson Found Animals Foundation is exceptional. Los Angeles is so fortunate to have them.

I fostered a kitten from here and was returning him for his adoption. I recommend this place highly. When I picked him up, I received food, litter, a carrier, toys, blankets and bowls. All the vet care was handled by them. I have told everyone what a great experience this has been. I really miss him.
