I had a phenomenal experience. After filling out many applications, talking to many other places and seeing my family and friends rescue in the past I cannot say enough good things about Michelson Adopt & Shop. Emily, Paige and the foster Maria were so informative, eager to help, answered all of my questions patiently and happily. Emily sent over Mary's vet records promptly,explained in detail what she already had done and what they were going to give her before I met her in person, including flea/tick medications, boosters, etc. The process was spelled out in the interview and following emails from start to finish. Despite everything with COVID's social distancing protocols, Paige made the in-person experience as great as she could, and she had great product recommendations. She was also honest when something was not a good fit for my dog, which I appreciated. She tried on collars, harnesses before I purchased to make sure they were a good fit, and showed me how to use everything. My dog is as amazing they described--no crazy surprises, and I am so thrilled to have her in my life. Thank you!!
